This is the third day and I am still unable to create expenses for the appropriate vendors. I've sent them photo and video screen captures, and still nothing. As I'm a new customer who has no idea how to use the app. I recently contacted again them recently because active vendors are not being displayed in the dropdown list when creating an expense, they have replied with 1-step basic instructions every multiple times. ![]() Their response was "it's OK because it isn't displayed in the PDF file." I contacted the president/CEO, his response was that I'll just have to wait until we fix it in a future update. While the app is really good (not great), their Customer Support is for the most part bordering on absurd.įor example, I had/have an issue where in the invoices, HTML code was/is displayed. I've been a paying customer of Invoice Ninja for over 5 years now. (there are some other things I can assume, of course.) So - what's the deal with all the highly positive reviews? I can only assume I'm either very unique in the way I track projects or that I'm entirely missing some of the functionality somewhere. Went to reports and couldn't find any evidence of it. I created a task and tracked time until I had about $7 worth of work. Also, huge red flag - I was able to easily navigate away from a task I'd created & timed but not saved. ![]() Stopping a task should automatically save it. You should simply be able to start and stop a task in any place the task appears. Seems like this is an overwhelmingly manual process? Is there a way to do this? For example, proofreading is $x per hour, graphic design is $y per hour, transfer is a fixed rate at $25. Tasks are what you do, categories is how you calculate rates / organize billing.
